Sting Grey Jeep Rubicon with Tinted Windows

Here are before and after photos of a 2018/2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in Sting Grey before and after window tint.
Before window tint, factory dark rear windows (standard on JL)

After, added 50 llumar tint to the rears for heat reduction and 30 llumar tint to front two windows of the JL Rubicon.  It came out darker than I expected in the front.

Bull Bar for Jeep JL Steel Bumper

Here are some pictures of a Mopar aftermarket Bull Bar on the 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JL.
This is a Sting Grey Jeep JL 4 door with the Mopar (over rider brush guard) mated to the factory Jeep steel bumper.   Installation was a breeze, as long as you have the Jeep Torx kit that came with your JL Wrangler.

The Mopar 82215351 Jeep Wrangler Grille and Winch Guard is an exact match in color and texture as the stock Rubicon JL bumper.  It is a bit smaller for a true bull bar, but is a nice little addition for around $215 bucks.

Buy it from Amazon with free shipping, cheaper than Mopar direct:

This blog post showed you pictures of the Mopar Winch Guard installed on a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Steel Bumper Rubicon. This Grille guard fits Fits the 2018-2019 Jeep Wrangler JL 2 door and 4 door models with the steel bumper package.

Webcam Privacy Cover for Dell Latitude E7480

I'm a big fan of simple web cam privacy stickers and even better, web cam slider covers that allow you to easily leave your web cam on your laptop covered and open it as you see fit.   These web cam covers are much better than a post-it note or electrical tape that most people use to cover their camera.

I originally had a Dell Latitude E7470 laptop, and found that just about every webcam privacy cover you could find online would work for it, as the bezel was pretty big.  I used this Steagle one : https://amzn.to/2H8XB0Y   Unfortunately, this web cam privacy cover (for an e7470) is pricey at $9.00 for one, but it is definitely of high quality.

But the Dell Latitude E7480 is a different animal.  The upper bezel on the monitor is much thinner on the E7480 vs the E7470.   In fact, most web cam privacy covers will not fit, they are too "tall" to fit properly on the bezel.    I was fortunate to find a winner, that is also isn't terribly expensive that is a good webcam cover for either a E7470 or E7480 Latitude Dell.   The Sunshot magnet .7mm Thin magnet slider, which you can get on Amazon fits well.  This unit is only $5.99 for 2.   Its a perfect fit for the small bezel of the e7480.  I'll have to use it for a while to see how it holds up (if the adhesive continues to stick.

Replacement Insoles for Keen Austin Shoes

I've been wearing a pair of Keen Austin shoes 5 days a week for about 2 years now.  They are by far the best shoes I've ever owned in terms of durability and comfort (for the style that they are).  However, after about 2 years, the insoles of the Keen Austin Men's shoes are about completely warn out.
Keen Austin Shoes

I found that perfect sized replacements Keen Austin insoles can be found on Amazon are in fact manufactured by Keen themselves.   Here they are: Keen Austin Replacement Insole

I happen to wear size 13; so went with the "X-Large" size.  In my case, the insoles were a perfect match size-wise as the original insoles found in my Keen Austin shoes and required no cutting or trimming of the replacement foot pad.   While these insoles don't look the same as the original Keen Austin Insoles, they are shaped exactly the same (the replacements are bright yellow and black).   The new keen austin replacement footbed insoles are a bit firmer than the original (the softer feeling Keen Austin replacement food pads can be found here - but I can't vouch for them).  While they are a bit firmer, I suspect they might last longer than the original keen insoles for the austin shoe.
